French doors open from the formal living/dining to the expansive decking with full glass doors also from the second sunroom/living space onto another section of the deck.

Steps lead up to the kitchen/dining and bathroom with a second entry through French doors to the deck. The block remains original coastal woodland, rarely found in the present day, including iconic century old xanthorrhoeas (grass trees). It's dominated by statuesque viminalis eucalypts (white gums) which are the home of one of Australia's rarest birds, the forty-spotted-pardalote, which can be seen and heard from the decks daily in surrounding trees and bird baths. The woodland is full of bird and animal life, including pademelons, potaroos and the rare (in mainland Australia extinct) spotted quoll, which can be seen every night playing on the deck.
